⚠ INTACT — THREAT TO SOCIETY
Mama
Retired CEO, Kitten Production Division
Mama kitty, a sweet and shy neighborhood cat, began visiting me more and more.
As we became friends (with the help of kitty treats), she trusted me with scratches and belly rubs.
I borrowed a kitty house and put it outside for her with fresh, soft blankets. She moved in right away.
May 28th, I came home to find the teenage neighbor fretting because Mama Kitty had had her kittens on the lower balcony roof and then carried them one by one, down the stairs and up the other stairs to get to her Fully Furnished CatBox Apartment.
Unfortunately, 2 white (Siamese) kitties were lost in the birth/transfer process. 3 black kitties and 1 white kitty remained.
It was chilly, the babies were tiny, and Mama was tired. So, while all were safe in their KittyApartment, I moved them all inside, segregating them from my existing Kitty Crew.
Before I knew it, I was providing daily midwife duties, enriching Mama's kibble with tuna, salmon, and chicken. Cleaning bedding. Cleaning crusty bits.
